Maria Lago is the Vice President of Customer Service. She manages our team of associates in billing, insurance certificates and customer relations as well as works directly with clients on their claims matters. Maria has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, allowing her to navigate carriers to head off issues before they become a problem for our client. It is Maria’s focus and strong ability to effectively deliver quality solutions that provides our insureds with a positive client experience that they can depend on. Prior to joining Clyde Paul, she worked as a consultant on large corporate clients throughout the country where she identified infrastructure issues with their communications network and implemented improved solutions for their business.
