Lauren Lalama is an Account Manager and our newest member of the Clyde Paul Agency. She is completing her final year at Montclair State University pursuing a degree in Business Finance. Reporting directly to the VP of customer service, Lauren is dedicated to providing our clients with an elevated customer experience. With over 3+ years of experience in the customer service field, Lauren is committed to providing high quality service for our clients while still navigating the ins and outs of the insurance business.
